In contrast, Pearl Gate Funerals guarantees that from the moment you choose this service, every interaction and aspect of care is handled by our female staff, ensuring continuity and sensitivity throughout.

Our all-female team will be responsible for:

• Transfer of Your Loved One: Our female staff will respectfully handle the transfer of your loved one from their place of passing.

• Arrangement and Bookings: All arrangements, including bookings, will be coordinated by our dedicated female team.

• Care and Preparation: Within our care facilities, only female staff will be involved in the dressing and preparation of your loved one.

• Family Communication: Our female team will liaise with you and your family throughout the arrangement process.

• Day of Service: Female staff will be present to guide and support you and your family on the day of the service.

To ensure that our female team handles the transfer from the place of passing, please notify our customer care team as soon as possible.
